I have a thing for engraved things like this stuff. You can also have your book custom engraved with a laser. All you need is to send in picture. If I had a laser I’d certainly be doing that kinda stuff…

Let me start with the questions:
What is the story behind the name of your blog and nickname?
*vanilleah is the name of my label I use when I produce jewelery. It started off a couple of years ago with making stuff for the annual christmas market and last year I got the domain as a christmas present, so when I started a blog it was kinda obvious that I’d call it *vanilleah as well. The name *vanilleah itself is a combination of a name I like (vanilla), plus my first name (lea) and the first letter from my second name (h). Oh, and I like stars, but I might have figured that out by now ;-)
What has been your best and worst blogging experience?
Mainly I’ve had great experiences with blogging. For me it was an awesome experience getting to know other bloggers (like at the blogger meet up in Munich at the DLD last January) and getting inspired by other blogs. The worst is certainly all the spam I get…
What do you think/ want to happen to your blog in 2008?
Not sure, as I don’t have a lot of time for blogging at the moment. I’d like to focus more on Vienna and things happening here. I’m so glad Michaela (who is also located in Vienna) posts about events taking place in and around Vienna and I’d love to see more of those kinda blogs. Also, I have to admit that I am kinda into digital lifestyle stuff as well beside design and fashion so I’d love to write more about new start-ups and web applications.
