A couple of weeks ago I ended up at a concert at the Wiener Reigen Club. Which, btw. badly needs a make-over…

So, anyways the daddyophonics were playing and the girl who sang wore a plain white (men’s) tee and had the sleeves tucked up with saftey pins. I probably wouldn’t wear that on stage (but then again I can’t sing…) but otherwise it seems like a neat way to pimp your t-shirt. Like the one I got a the Vienna Frauenlauf.

It’s ok material (Nike) but not cut for women at all (Gee – it’s a women’s
marathon…how hard is it to make girly t-shirts?!? But then again Michaela even got a men’s cut at the Austrian Fashion Award. Makes you wonder…)

So, this is how it looks. I might try to get some giantic saftey pins which I reckon would look even better. What do you think?

Das ist so eine Sache mim einkaufen. Hat man seine 3,4 (zählen die unterschiedlichen H&Ms doppelt?) Standard Shops abgeklappert, hat man die Wahl zwischen richtig schön, originell und teuer oder eben den Billig/Prolo/Tussi Shops. Aber ebendiese haben sich in letzter Zeit als gar nicht so schlechte Alternative herausgestellt.

Freundin P. (mit zB weißer Weste mit mini Totenköpfen drauf) schwört auf New Yorker: “Dort bleiben die coolen Sachen, weißt eh – die uns gefallen, immer liegen” und Freundin V. ist überzeugt davon, dass Tally Weijl Hosen und Röcke _genau_ für ihre Proportionen geschaffen wurden, “man muss sich halt bei den ganzen Netzleiberln vorbeikämpfen” Wäre da nicht diese schreckliche Musik… aba auch dafür hat V. eine Lösung: “nur mit iPod betreten!”

Bei Sachen Orsay muss ich mich hingegen Lea von lealoves anschließen: “Schöne Sachen gibt es auch nicht.” Stimmt, hier hab ich auch nichts gefunden.

Aber, es gibt einen Lichtblick: Pimkie. Ich trage ja nie Kleider, aber jetzt hats mich erwischt. Das schöne, schwarze Kleid mit riiießen Taschen ist meins. Fast hätte ich mich auch noch zur Kundenkarte hinreißen lassen, aber dann hat mich die Realität doch noch rechtzeitig eingeholt. Egal, das Kleid is toll, I’m lovin’ it! Der Sommer kann kommen.
