So to say. Well, I wanna win. I hardly ever enter competitions where you actually have to do something, but for this I made an expection. The Deichkind & Prodigy signed Bataleon snowboard in the new urban art forms competition.

Long talk short: my snowboard got stolen last December in Obertauern and I need a new one. I’d already looked at the Bataleon Funk Kink at my favorite snowboard equipement shop in Vienna (Hangloose, they are great and no, unfortunatly I don’t get any money for saying so ;) Anyhow, the board is colored in my favorite Kindergarten colors and I reckon it will kick ass on the slopes.

So, since I recently started my “wearable tunes” jewellery series I did one with the UAF logo and took some pics. Have a look:

Goldschmiedesäge vom Opa, Feilen vom Papa, Feuer, Schaber, Nagel, Zange und eine gute alte Schallplatte (wer errät welchen Künstler ich da ge-urban-art-formed hab gewinnt einen Anhänger mit Wunschmotiv! ;)

In case I don’t win – I will probably start selling this kinda jewellery sooner or later, talk to me about it! And… yes, this was fun and a lot of work so, well let’s just wait and see.

Today felt like a good day to do something a little creative. So I cut up some LPs with my saw. I found something like that on the internet but can’t find the link anymore… anyhow, Mr and Ms LP now live above my bed, right beside the super awesome bookshelf (d.i.y. - and yes, I drilled the holes myself *proud*).

Strudel Track 01:

Feta Käse zerbröseln, Walüsse drüberstreuen, frischen Rosmarin dazugeben, Blattspinat reingeben, einige TK Brombeeren drauf verteilen. Salz und frischen schwarzen Pfeffer drüberstreuen. Mit Ei bestreichen und knuspergoldgelb backen.

Resultat: Lecker!

Strudel Track 02:

Spinat mit Mozarellastückchen vermischen, salzen. Getrocknete Zwetschken halbieren und einige verteilen, schwarzen (gemahlen) und roten Pfeffer (ganz) rüberstreuen. Mit Ei bestreichen und knuspergoldgelb backen.

Resultat: Ganz gut, besser wäre Feta, der passt besser zum roten Pfeffer. Die getrocknetetn Zwetschken sind sehr süß.. kleinere Stückchen mit Rosmarin vielleicht vermischen das nächste Mal?

Das beste Winterfrühstück worldwide:

1 halbes Winterfruchtikus (alternativ: Beerenmischung TK)
1 cremige Joghurt
1 Banane
Fitness Cornflakes, Müsli, Walnüsse und Mohn zum drüberstreuen, ein wenig Honig

Herrlich schmeckt dazu ein Chai Latte… und ich geh gleich nochmal frühstücken!

I would totally love to build my own house. No for real, silly. For now I’m happy where I am in my lovely apartment in Vienna. But when it comes to gingerbread houses.. hmmmm
