Sind das beste! Und am besten vietnamesisch! Da ich letzten ja das Sapa erwähnt habe: da gibts wirklich gute (siehe Foto). Und zum selbermachen sind die eigentlich auch gar nicht so schwer. Sicherlich leichter als Sushi!
Hier ein kurzes Video, das ich letztes Jahr im Vietnam gemacht habe mit instructions vom Chef wie’s geht:
Yummm! Auch sehr gut waren die Rollen weiter im Süden mit gecrushten Erdnüssen und Karottenstreifen drinnen… klingt nach einem Projekt für nächste Woche.
