Summer is close, the sun is out and I’m off to the mountains for the weekend. Have a great weekend, I’m leaving you with a photo of my favorite salad at the moment. Enjoy!

ingredients: rocket salad, roasted pinenuts, parmesan cheese and prosciutto, some oliveoil and brown balsamic vinegar, grounded pepper, a hint of salt
have some fresh olive chiabatta with it (in Vienna the best comes from the bakery Mann!)
soo yummy!
